K-Seasoned Furikake Fries 

Explore a healthier twist on fries! Our K-Seasoned Furikake Fries is a healthier alternative that skips the deep fryer but doesn't compromise on flavor! Try it out below. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large Potatoes 
  • Chopped Green Onions 
  • 2 teaspoons Southern Art Co. K-Spice 
  • 1 teaspoon Salt 
  • ½ Nori sheet  
  • Desired amount of Japanese Mayo
  • Desired amount of Southern Art Co. Hot Sauce (for mayo)
  • ¼ cup of Olive oil

Prep Time: 1HR (includes soaking)

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Serving Size: 2 people

Instructions:

  1. Soak the sliced potatoes in water for 30-40 minutes. 
  2. During soaking, prepare seasoning by mixing together K-Spice, salt, and nori. 
  3. For the hot mayo, in another bowl, mix japanese mayo with our hot sauce at your desired spice level.
  4. Potatoes should be finished soaking. Drain and pat them dry. 
  5. Place sliced potatoes in the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Air fry for 30-35 minutes, mixing and shaking every 10 minutes for even crisping.
  7. Once fries are crispy and golden, transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with our seasoning mix
  8. Serve the fries with the spicy mayo sauce on top or for dipping.
  9. Add green onions for some flair and you’re good to go - enjoy! 

*Please note not all air fryers work the same so time will vary. Fries are considered to be done when they are crispy and darker color.
