Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Let’s make dinner in 20! Our K-Spice and One and Done Seasonings brings heat and depth of flavor to this Shrimp Scampi dish!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. of Linguine (or any pasta of your choice)
  • 3 - 4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Southern Art One and Done Seasoning
  • Southern Art K-Spice Seasoning
  • 1/2 lb. of Fresh Shrimp (de-shelled and deveined)
  • 1/2 cup of Dry White Wine
  • Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

STEPS:

  1. Boil pasta to al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
  3. Add crushed red pepper and continue to sauté.
  4. Season with One and Done Seasoning.
  5. Season shrimp with K-Spice Seasoning.
  6. Sauté shrimp (about 2 min) and remove from pan and set to the side.
  7. In the same pan you had the shrimp, add the dry white wine, lemon juice, butter, and olive oil and cook until alcohol burns off (about 5 - 7 min).
  8. Add cooked pasta to pan, chopped parsley, and a little butter to sauce and toss.
  9. Add shrimp back in with the pasta and finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
